This recipe is fairly easy for chocolate fig cake, you can try yourself.
This is what you need for your chocolate fig cake recipe:
- 1 kg dried figs/milled figs/
- 250 gram brown sugar with vanilla
- 1 lemon/juice/
- black chocolate
- 250 gram butter
- 250 gram milled "petite beurre" biscuits
- lass of water
First you put water in pot, add sugar and lemon juice. Cook it for 25 min and you will have syrup. Then you add figs, milled biscuit and mis it for 5 min. Turn out fire and add butter, make sure you mix well. When it became cold make rolls on oil paper and put it on cold place for 1-2 days. After that you can cut in small part as you can see in photo above.
